I keep receiving an error message to open the cloud file

In photoshop, I am able to open certain save files on the cloud drive, but others will give me an error message claiming that the files are not supported or that there was a problem reading the layer data. I can still view the file online in Photoshop beta, but that also will not allow me to edit.

Hey dajanierer,

Sorry to hear you are hitting errors. Could you share your OS/browser setup as well as any screenshots of the errors you are seeing? Also, if you could share one of the files that is giving you issues we can have the team look into why it is causing the errors.

Thanks for getting back to me. Here are the details you requested:

  • Operating System: macOS

  • Browser Used: Chrome

  • InDesign Version: newest version

Here is the review link where the issue is occurring:

The issue is that all comments that were previously visible in the Share for Review panel have disappeared. I’ve attached a screenshot showing what I currently see — only two new test comments appear, and all the original feedback is missing.
