when i download images from photoshop in any format it is a empty file

Also, what computer/OS are you using as well as browser and version?

Have you tried another browser to see if this issue still persists?

What location are you saving the files to?

Does choosing another folder make a difference?

If you create a new file, add something simple to it, then save that as a jpg, is that empty as well?
