Can I import a PSD in Photoshop (Beta) and maintain the layers?

You can, here is how:

1. Open the home page for Ps on the web: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/photoshop
2. Click on the linked text "select a file" or click on the Open icon and select the .psd file you want to work with.
