Incorrect Update request in latest MacOS beta

I keep getting the attached message in the latest beta (24.7.0) on my Intel MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.4.1. I'm up-to-date and checking for updates on Creative Cloud confirms this so I don't think the prompt should be appearing.

    Hi @Fraxis2007 you have to uninstall the build you have launched and then go back to the Creative Cloud app to see the new beta available.

      Okay, so I did that and it just installed exactly the same build (24.7.0). I'm not getting the update message yet but I still think it's a bug as there isn't a more recent version than 24.7.0.
