mulfunction scroll (can't scroll) in tab properties (right panel)

New Here ,

I try to use Photoshop beta version 24.6, and I found in the beta version the scroll-in tab properties are not active (I can't scroll with my mouse or my pad on my laptop) but in the regular version, it is a normal condition.

FYI, I tried to restart the apps and it still didn't work.
