neural filters

I'm using Photoshop (Beta) and have used neural filters many time, but for some reason now it is greyed out. I've google for solutions, but can't find anything that works. I've updated everything and I'm signed in. I use a Mac with Sonoma 14.3.1. Any idea on the issue?

Hi @ratkinson curious if you have selected something in your layers panel that NF will not work on?  Can you open a file and select NF, does it work then? Does it work on Ps release version?

If you can share a screenshot of your workspace and what you are seeing, that may also help us.

Thank you for the response! I have tried it a few ways. I've selected the layer, deselected it, unlocked it, locked it, changed modes. No matter what, it's always greyed out.

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Same problem here. All Neural Filter options are greyed out, except for Color Transfer. Please help.

I have tried all the suggested solutions, including reinstalling PS.
