Photoshop Shut down

While working with the application (version 24.7.0), the screen flashes and then everything's freezed. Within a minute, the application shut down. All the works haven't be saved disappeared!

It happens frequently!
It seems this problem has been existing long time ago. It's still not fixed up to now! Very frustrated!

Would it be possible to see your system info? It may help the team to see what is going on...

Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.  

Few more questions:

Does this happen with all/any files or certain ones? 

Are you seeing any errors, crash report dialogs, etc?

Whenever i use PS beta the program freezes and shuts down. Often after a paste and reziste or rotate operation.

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:

/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut

With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.
