Problema de conexion al utilizar relleno generativo

Al utilizar la herramienta relleno generativo me aparece una ventana mostrando el texto " No se ha podido utilizar Relleno generativo debido a problemas de conexión" 

Lógicamente la cuenta de adobe está pagada, el Internet sin problemas, mi cuenta de iniciada, ya no se que más revisar

I have read about instances where the Adobe servers were simply overloaded by the huge interest in Gen Fill. I'm guessing that you know that it does not work on your local system, but is uploaded to Adobe servers, the changes made, and downloaded back to your system?

Yo tengo el mismo problema. En un principio no me funcionaba los filtros neurales con el mismo mensaje. Ahora sí me funciona, pero el relleno generativo no.

Hola, soy nuevo usuario de Mac, en Windows nunca me había ocurrido lo mismo que a ti. Después de quitar todos los escudos de Avast Antivirus, el Firewall, la Vpn, la WiFi... todo!!, al final di con la solución... Desconectar el Antitrack de Avast. He vuelto a conectar las defensas y funciona perfectamente.

Tengo un Mac con m1 y cuando entro a la aplicación Adobe Firefly no me deja entrar en ninguna e las opciones disponibles a pesar e estar identificado. En la pantalla de identificación me indica lo siguiente: "No se puede cargar la sección. Reintentar"

¿Qué ocurre?.
