Ps (beta) crashes within seconds on Mac Mini M2 Pro.

I am new to this forum.  My OS is Ventura 13.4.1(c).  My Ps(beta) was working fine.  Now it doesn't work at all.   The regular version of Ps still works fine.  I have reinstalled the latest version of the Ps (beta).  I have tried moving the Ps(beta) preferences file and letting the software generate a new one.  This didn't fix the issue.  The program loads and two seconds later it crashes.  Can anyone help me with this?  Thank you.

Let me add that my version of Ps (beta) is the latest one, 25.1.0.

I upgraded to the latest version of Ventura.  13.5.1.  Ps (beta) still does not work.  Crashes immediately.
