PS Beta stuck waiting for install

Hi all,

 

CC is stuck in waiting for me when I try to install. I found someone else who has had this issue in the last 24 hours (posted to an old thread here). I've restarted the application and shut all open PS programs, but am still unable to install. 

 

using MAC OS v 12.5

to reproduce: navigate to the website for PS beta to install, allow to open in CC Desktop, select install on Desktop app >> stuck in "waiting..."

 

Is this a known issue?

Hi @bb106 first make sure you have good stable internet connection. Then check your firewall settings to make sure you are not blocking anything needed.

Confirming the firewall has been off and I have a strong WiFi connection. This issue remains unresolved.

Hi @bb106 sorry you are seeing this.  Is there a reason you are trying to do the update/install via the web link?  What happens if you open your CCD app from the menu bar?

Thanks, Cory. When I open from the menu bar it still shows as waiting. Even when clicking cancel and reselecting, it does the same behavior.

Just, on the app Creative Cloud Desktop, go to the tree lines, and select "Help" next select "Search updates" and that fix the problem.
