"Open Recent" isn't initially accessible after loading Photoshop
When I load Photoshop and immediately select File at the top, the "Open Recent" option is grayed out. It only becomes accessible if I click on the File menu more than once.

Just posting an update. It's been a few hours and now it's working fine. I don't understand, but at least it's working.
