I've been getting this error message, and there's nothing wrong with my internet speed

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

@a258345146emm Check your routers settings and make sure Photoshop is not blocked by the Firewall. Normally this is a Windows issue regarding Windows Defender app settings.
