Magic wand selection tool missing

This is SO DUMB. I can't use Photoshop Beta now because there's no Magic Wand option. How INCREDIBLY stupid. What'll they do next, remove the Type tool???

@Sarang Sheth , this is the Photoshop Forum, not the Photoshop (Beta) Forum. 

Obviously the Magic Wand Tool is available in Photoshop Beta. (see screenshot)

If you are unable to find it please post meaningful screenshots and verify under Edit > Toolbar if you or someone else with access to your computer may have accidentally hidden it. (see second screenshot)
