bonjour, au 14 mars j'ai vu que generative fills ne fonctionne plus à la fois sur photoshop classique que la beta seulement le hic je suis débité quand meme de mes crédits cela fait 7 tentatives échoués mais débité quand même ? comment faire une récclamation ? . Comment résoudre le soucis firefly . Cordialement.

Hi @htagz could you explain or show where you heard/read that GenFill no longer works on both Ps and beta?  

Generative Fill/Expand are available on both Ps release version: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.5.1 20240302.r.408 5a2e325 arm64 as well as Ps beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.7.0 20240311.m.2542 956b648 arm64

of course thank you for your response. i do the update of both , so i install this "Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.5.1 20240302.r.408 5a2e325 x64"  and this for the beta Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.7.0 20240311.m.2542 956b648 x64

and i dont know why but it says to me verify your connection to internet issue .

i try something new when i generate with prompt in photoshop it works , but if i let it empty and then click on generate i have an error , what i'm doing exactly : retouching photo

Thank you for the updates @htagz could you share a screenshot of your workspace when you have a file open and the workflow you are doing when you see this.  Launch Ps beta, open a file... then share your steps and a screenshot of what you see when you try to use GenFill.

hello i just solve it !!! so thank you , i disconnect my Adobe account and reconnect , and after one hours it work now , then just test it in photoshop beta and photoshop classic it works so thank you
