'The application 'Photoshop Beta' can't be opened'

Can someone help please: for a while now PS Beta has been unresponsive when I try to open it- if I open it through the CC application nothing happens, and if I try to launch it from the toolbar in OSX I get the immediate error message 'The application Photoshop Beta can't be opened'. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and moving the preferences folder and nothing changed.

I'm running Sonoma 14.7

Hi @markm76483456 so your new admin account works with Ps Beta that tells us that something is corrupt with your other account. This might be something that the CCD team would need to help you with.
