Hello, my name is Alex.
I would like to report that the harmonise function is not working properly.
After I click on the harmonise button, the process starts, but it is interrupted and a yellow box pops up with the message ‘There was a problem and your request could not be completed. Please try again later.’
I have been trying to use this function for several days, but it has not worked once. What could be the problem and how can I solve it?
This is a very useful function that will save many hours of work, and I would be very grateful if you could help me.

Hi Alex, I have the same issue, the difference is, I was able to test out the function and then tried again several hours later and its now giving me the same error. It now doesnt prompt me to agree to use credits, and starts loading immediately and then after about a minute or so I get the error message you mentioned. I made sure that the Harmonize Filter is downloaded under Neural Filters and its toggeled. Have you found a way to fix this?
