Time to update! No updates available in creative cloud

I get a popup that says "Time To Update!" However, there are no updates in Creative Cloud. I have thought of uninstalling Photoshop beta and reinstalling hoping it would install to the latest version but I can't even find the ''Beta Apps' tab on Creative Cloud

In a first step try to reset the CC app:

To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

• Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
• Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If this fails, try to repair: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html
If this also doesn't help, uninstall/reinstall per the link above.

If you're an Enterprise customer it can be that option might have been disabled. Please check with your IT department.

I have access to Creative Cloud through my school. It could my my IT apartment disabling the option, What should I ask them to do?
