Brush tool and Place image are causing flickering screen on my laptop

Hello, I have a very serious problem with the 2022 version of Photoshop and Illustrator, every time I use the Brush Tool in Photoshop, moving the cursor causes a complete disruption of the display screen, screen flickering, it is the same case in Illustrator when I use the Image Place option, moving the cursor causing the screen to flicker. Let me mention, the only way I managed to solve the problem was by restarting the laptop, the problem would not appear, but it becomes irritating that I have to restart the laptop every time when using the Adobe program in order for it to work normally. I would like to mention that this happens in versions from 2021 to the latest versions of the programs themselves. I looked for fixes on the Internet, I tried to change the preferences of the graphics settings, it didn't help, I upgraded to the latest drivers for the graphics card, it still didn't help. If you know the solution to the problem, please help me because I know how seriously the whole problem affects the entire display of the laptop itself.

@Luka36410928z9pb your system specs are well below what's required to run Photoshop smoothly, you should at least have 16 GB of RAM and a dedicated GPU with a minimum of 1.5 GB of VRAM, 4 GB of VRAM would be preferable, your CPU has a clock speed of only 1.2 GHz

I currently have a few apps opened on my PC along with Photoshop, and I'm currently using 15.7 GB of RAM

Look at the recommended system requirements rather than the minimum
