Bug in Camera Raw, Photoshop

I just see a bug in camera raw.

The"display cover" button appear in two different places for some reason.

And it obscures the buttons on the original drop-down menu.

Yes i see that on the Windows version of Camera Raw 16.3.1

Don't see it on the Mac side.

Doesn't happen if the Mask Panel is docked with the other panels.
