Hi, I cannot download Neural Filter before and after Update 26.5. By click on the download button you see the download for one second, that's all. The download doesn't start.

Update: The service was restored, and the issue has been fixed. Please feel free to start a new thread if you still have issues downloading the Neural filters.
Hi, please try updating Photoshop to the latest version (26.5) and check if the issue persists. If it does, let us know the macOS version you're working on.
I'm using Photoshop 2025 on macOS and having trouble with Neural Filters. When I click the "Download" button for a filter, the window briefly shows "Starting download" and then closes by itself. The filter never actually downloads.
There’s no error message, and I’ve already tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting Photoshop, rebooting my Mac, and checking my internet connection, but nothing has worked so far.
Is this a known issue on macOS? Does anyone know how to fix it?
I have used neural filters in the past, and have downloaded and used the ones I needed without any issue.
However, when I now try and download a new filter it just immediately stops the download.
I've tried all of the standard fixes to this, such as deleting the plugin folder, changing the temp folder and running in admin mode, but none of them work. If I completely delete the plugin folder I can't even download the filters I was using a minute ago, although they enabled again if I put the folder back.
Any ideas? I've wasted 2 hours on this problem already. Photoshop version is updated and is 26.5. Thanks
To fix the issue with Neural Filters, let's try this: head to the Neural Filters location, delete them manually, and then redownload them. On a Mac, you can find the location here: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/version/Internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery/PluginData
Give this a shot and let me know if it helps. Thanks!
Cheers, Alek 😊

@Aleke I tried your suggestion on 2 Windows PC's and still can't download the filters, Photoshop version 26.5, there seems to be a lot of people reporting the same issue
