Previously created action scripts no longer work when updating to the Photoshop 2014.2.0. I rolled back and they work fine. Please advise when this issue is corrected.

Hi Diane,

what specific failure are you seeing? Do you get a specific error?

I don't get an error ... it just doesn't apply all steps ... it shows it going past the steps rapidly, but then it opens up a new Photoshop window and stops the entire process.

I can send my action script to you to try with the file I am working with if you would like to try it ... just tell me where to send it along to. Like I said, it works fine in the prior version. Crazy.

The new update for Photoshop 2014.2.0 does NOT allow prior action scipts to function correctly. DO NOT install it if you rely on them to complete your daily work. Hopefully Adobe can correct this quickly ... and hey Adobe ... while your reading this, PLEASE train your chat support people to READ before responding ... irst they called me Sir; Then they repeatedly asked me what my issue was; Then they recommended I just redo the action scripts (months worth of work redone since an update is not working); THEN they instructed me incorrectly on doing a roll back to the prior version. Kush Singh your service tech was the WORST. Really making me wonder about paying $50 per month for substandard service and then products that can't be effectively updated. Rant over ... just really frustrated.
