P: Lasso feather keeps resetting to 1px in PS for ipad

Hi,

whenever I try to set the lasso feather to below 1px, it resets itself to 1.0 px as soon as I select something. What do I do? It wasn't a problem yesterday - or ever.

I use an ipad pro 10.5" with ios 15.5 and the photoshop is a paid for and up to date version

Closing and reopening the program doesn't help

I'm confirming that it works the same way here, except it's with all decimals — not just <1.0.

• If I set the feathering to x.5 or greater and make a selection, the feathering rounds up.
• If I set the feathering to x.4 or lower and make a selection, the feathering rounds down.

This doesn't really bother me because I have never set feathering to a fraction of a pixel before, but I do wonder why it's a choice if it's going to round up or down to the nearest whole number.

Yes, I see it's the same here, it rounds up or down depening on the decimal. I use feather with fractions of a pixel all the time, between 0.0 and 1.0 and this was never a problem before. btw I use ps version 3.6 (20220505.418)

Seems this glitch affects all the marquee tools
