Found it. Anyway to get a copy of the action pack that reproduces this? Is it simply loading it causes the crash, or playing the action once it's loaded?

Hi,

i´m from Argentina, my english it´s not the best, excuse me...
The Action Pack works perfect in my Photoshop 2020, please check the image capture (and test in other clients Ph versions, including the last version).
My client have the last versión of Photoshop...
The crash appears when trying to use the "load actions" function in the Actions window menu.

I can send you the actions file privately if you tell me how to do it.

¿Está sucediendo esto en una sola máquina?

¿Y esta es su máquina o un cliente?

¿Puede intentar obtener el archivo ATN de esa máquina?

Quizás se dañó durante el proceso de copia. Tengo su archivo y está funcionando en todas las máquinas que hemos probado aquí.

Hi Juan, 

Is this happening on only one machine? 

And is this your machine or a customers? 

Can you try getting the ATN file from that machine? 

Maybe it got damaged during the copy process. I have your file and it is working on all machines we have tried here.

Hi Tom, nice to meet you, I'm glad to hear from you. The computer belongs to a client, she sent Adobe a complete report, you can find the email she used to send the report in this thread, I understand that you hid it for security / spam reasons.
Surely she has a problem with her computer, in this sense, I thank you very much for your time and I am satisfied that the Actions are compatible with the latest version of Photoshop. A big greeting from Argentina.
