Issue: When Free Transforming a Text layer, moving the Reference Point (Alt+Click or dragging) causes the scale W & H values to change away from "100%"
- Photoshop version: 24.2
- OS: Windows 10
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a new document and select the Text tool
- Click and create any text, and commit it
- Free Transform the text layer (Ctrl+T)
- Either move the reference point either by Alt+Click outside the transform box or by dragging it out
Expected result: Moving the Reference Point should not change the values in the scale W&H boxes
Actual result: Once the reference point is moved, the transform scale W&H values shift away from 100% to seemingly random numbers, usually some value less than 1% difference (eg 99.6% / 100.23%)
I verified after rolling back to v24.0 and v24.1.1 that it works correctly in both and only seems to have changed as of v24.2
