On my machine when I am using the 3D feature at certain points randomly (it has only happened a few times) the layer takes on the appearance of the layer next to it. I'm not sure what would cause this.
Are you on Mac or Windows? I've had a few people take a look at your problem and it has been suggested that it might be a driver or video card related issue but we need more information.
Would you please send me a screen capture of your system info from Photoshop and also the information on your system?* Then you can either paste the document here or I could email you.
Thanks, Hannah
For Photoshop info: Help > System Info For Mac Info: Click on the Apple in the upper left of the screen and then About This Mac For Windows: Click on the Window in the bottom left corner, then Settings > System > About
To take a screen shot: • Mac: Shift+Cmd+F3 • Win: PrtScn
Thanks for responding. It is actually my production staff's computer. They are PC based. Here are the specs they've given me all with 1024 MB VRAM. We are running multiple machines. These are all the specs for all machines.
