Hola! tengo el mismo problema, borrando las carpetas FontFeatureCache y CT Font Cache el problema parece solucionarse. Pero una vez que se vuelve a abrir el problema regresa. Alguien ha podido solucionarlo definitivamente?

We're sorry for the trouble. We'll reinvestigate this.
In most cases, these steps help may help:
Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
You can press Press the Windows key > Enter 'Run' > Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe
Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2025 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2025. old), You can restore these preferences later if needed.(https://adobe.ly/4860qM9)

Hey, @Mehmet Can Özgümüş. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. For now, we won't merge your post to the parent thread, where we're tracking similar reports and a recognizable pattern to recreate this issue.

Two things to try:
Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere: Restore your preferences using this manual method: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually Does it work correctly? If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.

Thanks for the response,
Resetting preferences has worked over the last day or two - not 100% everytime but it seems to be the best way of getting around the issue. Obviously, its not ideal so could you take a look at my settings folder perhaps? How would I go about sending this over to you?

@Marcus5FAD Can you follow these steps to clear deep font cache too?
Delete all Photoshop font cache files
The Photoshop font cache contains the enumerated list of fonts and font features installed to the system that Photoshop can use. Deleting this font cache file will allow Photoshop to create a new one.
MACOS
Quit Photoshop and the Creative Cloud desktop app
Navigate to: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop For help navigating to this hidden user folder, see Can't see user library files in macOS.
Delete the CT Font Cache and FontFeatureCache folder and empty the Trash
WINDOWS
Exit Photoshop and the Creative Cloud desktop app
Navigate to \Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop <version>
Delete the CT Font Cache and FontFeatureCache folder and empty the Recycle Bin

I am continuosly getting this error message when i try to add text and change the font from whatever photoshop has decided to use as defualt. I have tried clearing both my windows and photoshop font caches but it does not seem to work. I'm using photoshop 2022 if that is of any help.
Reset your Photoshop preferences first (Go to Photoshop preferences/General and click "Reset preferences on quit" and relaunch).
If that does not work, clear your PS Font caches.

Muchas Gracias
Hey, so I have had this error on my fonts all the time recently it says " Could not complete your request because the LoadDeepfontcache in GetDeepfontcache failed. Now i have been in contact with Adobe about this before! I have tried re installing photoshop going back to older ones, my photoshop is up to date and i use WINDOWS 11, I have cleared the font cache and the fonts with .dat files. When I reset preferences it works till I then close photoshop and re open then it doesn't work again. I need proper fix and help rather than the same stuff I have been told which is all basics such as re installing or resetting preferences I used this everyday for my job and it's becoming a nightmare.
I do have some Adobe fonts installed what auto sync and some i installed myself not sure if i have one faulty font but like I said it does work when i reset prefences briefly till i reset my pc.
A couple things we see in your sysinfo: You should set your RAM for Ps to no more than 70% as a rule and your gpu driver is 7 months old, it would be a good idea to update this if there is one.
Will see if the team has any other suggestions for this font issue showing up after resetting prefs.
Hey, thanks for getting back to me I have updated and change back to 70% but hasn't changed anything, I noticed somthing may be nothing to do with it but I had a photoshop 2021 folder with nothing it in but CT font cache which i deleted then loaded up Photoshop 2022 ( updated ) which i use then the ct font cache folder was re created in a adobe 2021 folder so I'm not sure what is going on here might be this may not be i don't know but the folder keeps re appearing even though i don't have 2021 anymore
Thank you for the update @Walms95, the team has asked you to:
Quit Ps then delete the folder \Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2022\FontFeatureCache\DeepFont. It should fix the problem. Make sure you quit Ps first, then delete the folder.
Hey thanks for the response again, I quit photoshop deleted the folder still didn't do anything, the only fix is resetting preferences works fine all day then when i shutdown my pc and re load the next day the error re appears
Ok @Walms95 a couple more questions... you state in the OP that you are on Win11, but in your sysinfo it shows Win10? Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit Version: 10 6.2.9200.978
Could you record a video and share of what you are seeing in this process for the team to see?
i sometimes get this on creative cloud also then log out and back in then it works i don't know what is going on with adobe at the moment it just doesn't like windows 11 as both only happened on windows 11
Sorry I didn't offer a how to on the video upload... you can either click on the filmstrip icon above:
Or you could post to YouTube and share the link, or Dropbox or any other way you might share files like this.
Curious if this computer is a dual boot, or if more than one account is on it...? Trying to find out what may be at play here and why your OS shows Wind11 but your CC sysinfo shows Win10.
