Adobe's forums do support threaded responses in the Discussions tab. There is a dropdown at the top where you can select either threaded or linear.

The tabs for Ideas and Bugs are for the use of the product developers so these can be tracked and are linear only. A few years ago they used a separate forum with a separate login and thankfully now use the Community Forums.

Strange. It all seems tro be working now and I'm in the UK. I'm using Photoshop 2025 version 26.3.0 and Mac OS Sequioa verison 15.3. Maybe try restarting your Mac?
