Photoshop 25. (any version) very slow when using the brush / panning over the canvas

I have a 3070RTX, i9 first generation, plenty of RAM allocated. Also not a storage issue. Windows 11 64-bit 23H2. 

2-3 days ago the app had 0 issues. 

I went back and installed all the 25. versions up to the last version of 24. and all are suddenly incredibly laggy. The last version to have 3D tools however (22. something) works fine. 

What's causing this? It was literally working fine a couple of days ago. Can't find anything on this, other than people claiming they've been having this problem for a lot longer than I do. 

Could it be that the latest Windows update borked it?

@raphaelm61038348 I'm not seeing the issues you're experiencing with Photoshop version 25.12 on Windows 11, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

None of the other available versions in CC work. They all behave as in the video I linked.

@raphaelm61038348 you have dual GPU's in that system, both the Nvidia and an Intel UHD Graphics

The driver for the Intel is outdated

Do you use the Nvidia Studio driver or the Game Ready one, Adobe recommends the Studio version, when installing, go to custom > advanced, and then select "perform a clean installation"

@gedsgeddy Disabling the Integrated Graphics Card in Device Manager is what solved my issue. Which is weird. I never had to do it. 

I tried everything you listed in order: 
- Updating Intel Drivers. > No change.
- Changed between the Game Ready and Studio drivers. > No change.
- In the Nvidia Control Panel my dedicated GPU was already selected as main GPU for the system to choose from. Photoshop in particular, as well. > No change.
- Finally, number 7 in the link you provided, suggesting to disable the integrated GPU. > Fixed the issue.

@Ged_Traynor I am coming back to report that Photoshop now behave even worse when the integrated graphics card is disabled. 

Moreover, over the past couple of days using my laptop with the integrated GPU disabled, I faced a considerable amount of problems. It is clear to me that if I want to use my laptop as I did until now, except for Photoshop, I ABSOLUTELY need to keep the integrated GPU enabled. 

To recap: 
- in Nvidia Control Panel I'm forcing my PC to only use the dedicated GPU as a global setting
- in Nvidia Control Panel I have Photoshop to use the dedicated GPU, not the global automated setting, the specific dedicated GPU one
- there's nothing in Photoshop as far as I can tell that suggests Photoshop is using the integrated GPU. Wherever I looked in settings it says the name of my dedicated GPU
