Transparency bug/Alternate to disable native canvas

My photoshop has been glitching and been displaying the transparent texture when I move images around underneath layers ive drawn on using the brush tool, or when I draw over layers, especially image layers.

Ive just updated my drivers to a Nvidia display driver and it still doesn't work. Some people have reccommended to disable native canvas, but adobe has removed that from photoshop.

Sharing any other way of fixing this would be appreciated 🙂
