A script that would pack layercomps into RGBA channels and saving in chosen file format?

Thank you c.pfaffenbichler   for offering your help. I have just relized  it's perfectly workable by just regular Actions  thanks to "Next Layer Comp" in layercomps panel and  default script that saves selected layercomp as a file.

ps. the only thing I actually need is ability to save  16 bit per channel png file.   The script I have  doesn't have this option. Would be appresiative if someone could workaround this limitation.
