About the Adobe Extendscript Toolkit startup photoshop

Hello, everybody!

     i knew that  throughing the Adobe Extendscript Toolkit to startup photoshop,if not,What does it have to do with Photoshop,i was wondering It depends on which component of PS?

For example, the Adobe Extendscript Toolkit via the registry to launch PS, which I don't think it does

Maybe because you use 64 bit version of Photoshop, while ESTK targets 32 bit version?
