Hi all
Adobe Lightroom has this functionality. For example, I want the program to show me photos that have a rating of one star. Not two and so on.
Or, just because there is no such functionality, do me need to switch to Adobe Lightroom?
To filter by ratings, select the 'Filter' tab, then choose 'Ratings.' If the 'Filter' tab is not visible on the right side of the screen, navigate to 'Window' and then select 'Filter.'

As @Bojan Živković replied, the rating filter dropdown selects 1 or more stars etc... What you are looking for is the Filter panel, which allows finer selection criteria of only 1 star, not "or more":
