Adobe Photoshop Program Error

Hi guys, I am using adobe Suits, but I have a little problem with my Photoshop; anytime I try to add a drop showdown, it says program error. Photoshop is up to date.

Hi @edward24112096d9te Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
