CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X

GPU: RTX 3070 TI Aorus Master

RAM: 32GB 3200mhz

SSD: 2TB Nvme m.2

SO: Win11

Hi!

We are sorry to hear you are having this issue!

Have you tried turning off your Graphics processor card and restarting? Go to Preferences>Performance and uncheck the box that says "Use Graphics Processor." Then restart your computer and then start Photoshop. After you do that, does it work better?

If it does, then the issue is your Graphics Proceesor card and you can check to see if it is compatible. See here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

Let us know if it fixes the issue, or if you are still having problems?

Another option that has been suggested is to select Preferences > Technology Previews > Enable "Deactivate Native Canvas" > Restart Photoshop.

Let us know if that fixes the issue, or if the problem still persists.

Hi! Did you also try unchecking Deactivate Native Canvas? Preferences > Technology Previews > Enable "Deactivate Native Canvas"
