Animated Gif only working in localhost and is blank when exported

Hi,

I'm trying to create an animated gif to post as a digital ad. I went through the process of "saving for the web" and the preview worked and when I play it on on my localhost it works fine. I've been trying to send it to my agency but the file comes up with no images but the URL link works. I uploaded screen shots of settings and end result

At my wits end!! Has anyone else had this problem?
