Artefacts showing in Photoshop image file

I have created and edited a photo stacked image from 30 images. When I flatten or "save as" the file as either a TIFF or Jpeg there are artefacts that show from one or two of the original images used in the photo stack. I have restarted PS, restarted the computer and deleted PS preferences but this has made no difference.

I'm running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 and using Adobe Photoshop 2021

Can you offer any advise/help. Thanks

That looks to be a video card issue.

What Mac Model and specific Photoshop version are you using?

Hi, can you check the exact version of Photoshop in Help>system info?

(It mitght help to post its contents here, maybe cut it before the plugins list

If it is not 22.4.2, I suggest to update it from the Creative Cloud application.

Can you post a screenshot of the layers panel?
