Broken Interface - Help please!

I tried searching for solutions regarding this but I could never find a problem that looks like mine.

The tool bar at the top still works but you just can't see it, same goes for the close and minimize buttons at the top right. The majority of the boxes are doing this glitchy-duplicating thing and overlap eachother, sometimes I can't even move them.

My display resolution is 1920x1080 and it would be wonderful if I could get this fixed soon since I now have to do my design classwork at home.

Do you havs the latest device driver installed for your diaplay adapter and have only one GPU avaiable for Phoyoshop. Post you Photoshop CC menu Help>System Info

Your Display device driver is 3 years old and it look like opengl is disabled. See if there is a newer device driver available for your AMD graphic adapter.

Can you confirm that:

– You've reset your Workspace: Windows > Workspace > Reset ...

– That you've reset your Photoshop Preferences

and that the problem still exists?

Yes, I've tried both but none of them worked and to answer the OS question it's windows 10 home

Maybe it's time for a more radical approach!

Uninstall Photoshop via the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud app and run Adobe Cleaner before reinstalling Photoshop.

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

1) Reset your Workspace to see if that reorganises things the way you want, and try different Workspaces to see which one suits you (or create your own Workspace): https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/workspace-basics.html

2) If resetting your Workspace doesn't work, try resetting your Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.

I'm using the latest version 21.1.1 and I'm not sure what you mean by OS sorry

First try opening the preferences: ctrl-k and click in the button to reset your preferences. Close and reopen PS. If that doesn't help, open preferences again and set the sizing to 100%. Most likely on auto. I forgot what tab it's under.

If that does not fix the problem try resetting the workspace and if that does not fix the problem try turning off use GPU in Preferences Performance section.
