Yes this works as stated, and I can see it would be preferred for users who don't have a tablet. I'm finding it intermittent with a Wacom pen though (set to the default, which is the lower button = right click). Scratch that. It worked for a while, but does not work at all now. I've tried switching to other tools and back to the brush tool, but no change.
The default shortcut keys are " ; " and " ' ", they are usually located to the right of the key " L ".
This works, but I wouldn't call it fine tune. I get 13° with each key press. You can hold down the rotate keys, but each operation causes the right click menu to flash on the screen (which Jack told us is a visual indication that Brotate has done its thing). This is highly annoying, and if you want to rotate through multiples of the 13°, it slows it down, and drives you mad with the right click menu flashing on and off.

I think you should change that from solved to improved. I consistently get the cursor returning to 2° when tapping the B key. I wonder if the shortcuts for rotate left and right (; & ' ) are designed to rotate the cursor through 15°, and my 2° offset error is affecting the slightly odd 13° rotate per key press.
Jack, you need to fix the return to zero degrees problem, but by far the most annoying issue is the right click menu flashing on the screen. That makes too annoying to use. I can usually get within 2° of my intended rotation by dragging with the B key depressed, and that is frankly easier than using the shortcuts, so I would prefer the shortcuts to give a 1° rotate. If you fix those issues, you are getting close, but it is still a stretch to ask $10 for it.

In addition to the zeroing problem, the other two issues are known and updated to the gumroad page before release.
Next, I explain in detail
The right mouse rotation angle can not support wacom for the time being, because the mouse and the digital pen work differently, the former is based on the relative coordinate movement, the latter is the absolute coordinate movement mode, only the time interval of about 1 millisecond is left to the BRotate, so occasionally there will be problems.
I am trying to solve it, but I can't promise a perfect solution.
The fine-tuning function is based on screen pixel adjustment, not the exact degree, so basically it will increase or decrease by 8 to 13 degrees each time, so if you always need to change a larger angle, you should not use this function.
Finally, let me talk about the zeroing problem. I gave a 'centerY' parameter in the new version of Config.ini, which is positioned at the center point of the circle of the right-click menu rotator of the brush. If the zero is not accurate, it must be the center point offseted. I adjusted the default coordinates of the English version according to the screenshot you gave me, but it still seems to be not accurate enough. You can try to change this value manually (2° may need to increase by 1 or 2). I hope you can help me test this accurately. Because I don't have an English language of Photoshop.
Finally, the problem of right-clicking is really unresolved. This software is essentially a button emulation, so it must rely on this menu.
Thank you for your patience and tolerance.

If you need to temporarily disable the rotating brush, you can right-click it in the system tray.

millionart No matter what you say, $10 is too much for a tool that is still riddled with problems. Suggestion is, sell it for $1.99, at most; if you claim you are active to make this tool better, once the tool has had it's issues solved, then raise the price to $4.99 and so forth.

If $10 isn't enough to pay you an hour's salary, you really shouldn't buy it, and it can save you time at least a year, but you don't think it's worth it.
I will not reply to the question about the price any more.

As I mentioned it's not about whether one can or cannot afford the $10, you are missing the point. Its that your program is riddled with problems you did not iron out; since you decide to simple tune out, I will say one more thing; I'm going to see how this program works.

If there is anyone else who purchased this tool, can you please come forward if there is anyone ?

It's now up to 1.3, but I am not sure what the changes are, as it still doesn't work as it should. I am going to write it off as a bad investment, and hope that my experience helps save other people from wasting their money.

Why are you still using 1.3?
I posted 1.5 a week ago, fixed more issues and added functionality, and gained more recognition (Issues system and social networking sites in my country).
Maybe you don't know, the software will not grow on the hard disk, you need to go to gumroad to download the update.
To @StrongBeaver :
It is immoral to discredit the labor results of others because of personal purchasing power. Maybe you can use these hours in your work if you really have a job.
