Hi everyone,
I tried to use Camera Raw Filter for the first time and got an error.

What has been done:

- the (latest) plug-in Camera Raw 13.3 reinstaled;

- the Camera Raw preferences reseted;

- uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop;

- in Preferences unchecked Use Graphic Processor.

But anything didn't help to resolve the problem. The error still appairs and the program closes. Do you have any ideas to resolve it? Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Anna

Is your Windows system up to date?

Do you have the latest available device driver for your display adapter installed in Windows?

Is Photoshop version 22.4.2 detecting and using your GPU in your Photoshop 22.4.2 Preferences performance section?

Have you reset all Photoshop Tools?

Have you reset your user ID Photoshop preferences?

How have you set your ACR settings?
