Can error messages be removed from System Info?

My System Info contains many error messages relating to plug-ins (see separate post).

Is there any way of removing what appear to be historical error messages, pls?

TIA

It is the latest version of Nik Collection 2.  DxO say: "Nik Collection 2.3 by DxO is now compatible with Adobe Photoshop 2020".

They won't be historical messages. The messages are there because the plug-ins are there. You can choose to remove any you don't use.

I am running PS 2020 under Win10 (both up-to-date).  PS 2020 resides on an SSD.

I have installed Nik Collection 2 (trial version).  It resides on the E: drive in Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Plug-ins\DxO\NikCollection_2 .

The option is greyed out in Filters, errors in the panel, and produces (for some functions only) just a splash screen, then does nothing.  It does not crash PS.  I have reinstalled it several times, also reinstalled PS 2020, no change in behaviour.

I have (re-)installed ON1 Raw (several times).  It resides on the C: drive (it can't be installed anywhere else).

It too is greyed out in Filters.

There are a stack of loading errors for plug-ins in teh System Info - I have asked elsewhere if these can be removed, as many appear historical.

Any ideas, please?

Hi there,

We are sorry about the expereince with Photoshop 2020 while trying to use the Nik collection 2 and the ON1 plug-ins.

The error may be due to incompatibility of the plug-ins with the latest version of Photoshop. While launching, Photoshop tries to load the installed plug-ins and it the plug-ins are not compatible, that results in an error.

For the issue you are facing with Nik collection 2, please check if you have updated the plug-in to version 2.3 which is the latest version by DxO. Please check the compatibility details for the Nik Collection 2 and troubleshooting mentioned under the FAQs for the Nik Collection here: https://support.dxo.com/hc/en-us/categories/115002389907-Nik-Collection-by-DxO

Regards,

Nikunj
