Creative Cloud Photoshop 23.3.2 updated just now.
Cannot see any brush or eraser points. No matter if caps locked or off.
Windows 10.
Prefs/Cursors has Painting: Full size brush tip, Standard for other cursors. Changing these settings does not bring back my brushes.
I cannot see where my brush or eraser are. Is there a fix please?

Update: I can see the mouse pointer show the brush when I increase the brush size to 500 px or more. But that's absolutely not use. I need to see it at all sizes.
I'm also having issues in InDesign - I cannot resize shapes. It's not possible to grab the corners of selections or shapes to grow or shrink them. They just rotate or move around.
Changing to a different mouse does not help.
It sounds like there is something in CC that is not responding to my mouses correctly.

Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

Thanks for the suggestion. It was already unchecked.
I have the same install on my personal laptop and everything works perfectly so this is obviously an issue relating specifically to my work laptop. I think I have a graphics processor issue.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements to run Photoshop.
