Can not open your request because the file name was not valid

I have just downlaod Photoshop on my Laptop for the first time , and when i try to run it, the same error just kept coming up "Can not open your request because the file name was not valid", and when i click on OK, the programme itslef just crash.

I have tried everything online, and i still can't fix this problem.

I really need photoshop, Please Help.

What exact version of Photoshop and operating system do you have

i am using the lastest version of photoshop, i think that is 21.2.4

my operating systems are
Windows 10
Interl Core I7-8750H

CPU 2.20GHz

Ram 16GB

my video card is GTX 1050 GI

Try installing the latest Studio GPU driver from here

https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

When installing perform a custom install from the advanced options and select clean install
