Can't find "paths" panel in Ps cc (app is up to date) HELP!

working on creating a 3d logo, following a Youtube video. But, i have hit a road block. My "paths" panel is no where to be found. I am still fairly new to Photoshop, less than 4 months on and off, so i have absolutely no idea where to start looking to fix this. please help!

    nevermind! found it 2 minutes after posting!

    If anyone else has this problem go to the top menu bar

    then click the "window" tab,  then look for paths, make sure its checked.
