can't run Photoshop because of creative cloud

Hello,

iv'e been trying to Download Photoshop to my mac but i couldn't because i Didnt have Creative cloud install on my mac.

im trying to install the creative cloud app but it won't open, it get stuck here (i attached pic). ive done anything is written in the help section. please someone can help me solve it?
