CANNOT GET MY PHOTOSHOP TO WORK

I am unable to get my photoshop to work. I have purchased a monthly subscription which shows on my account but when I try and put in my details on photoshop it says I need to purchase the damn thing. I have been busy with this for 4 hours now. Nobody answers the phone, the help pages are NOT helping.

I need help asap please.
