cant exit this pop up

every time i open photoshop, i get this little screen that i cant exit out of. i cant click on ut or move it and its getting in my way. how do i remove?

This is not a pop-up from Photoshop; I believe that info panel is from another software outside of Photoshop.

@Soothing_Twilight5CF0 yeah as @Bojan Živković wrote that popup definitely isn't from Photoshop.
