Hi,

I created a new solid layer, I want to change normal to color mode but color mode option is hiding. I am not able to select the color mode. Is there any solution for this?

You are in a Grayscale color mode where Color blend mode is not available. Convert document to RGB color mode.

Let me guess that you need to click on that layer to select it then you will be able to select blend mode. In the case when none of the layers, Background layer or locked layer is selected default None value in blending mode list is dimmed out and you cannot use drop-down list.

If you have Quick Mask activated, Image > Mode will not be available.

There are a number of color modes available in Photoshop, which one do you want, or do you want a Blending Mode?

Could you please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?

What are the image’s Color Mode and bit depth?
