Color Picker Changed

Does anyone know how I can change my color picker back to being a smoth gradation? See the attached screen grab. I don't have web colors picked, and I'm on H. Not sure how to fix this.

Weird. Does the Color panel (Window > Color on the menu bar) exhibit this same thing?

Not sure if this is going to make a difference, but if you disable the GPU via PhotoshopPreferences > Performance, does it change to what it should look like?

What is your color mode? If it's Index, change it to RGB. This is just a guess.

I thought the same thing at first, but I am in RGB mode.

Either a GPU bug (which I'm inclined to think here) - or a very bad monitor profile. The color picker is color managed just like the image itself. In that case you would see the same effect in an open image.

Yes, when I go to window > Color I get the same thing. I've attached a screen grab of the that window as well.
