Computer crashed and now suddenly my graphics processor in incompatible, please help

One of your screen shots (thanks for those btw, they are always helpful) made me think that your system might have switched to the on board GPU.

But later on you mention that it is a PC with Windows 11.  So is your system a desktop or laptop?  We normaly associate onboard graphics with laptops.

I think it would be useful to see your system info.  Open Photoshop and go Help > System Info > Copy and paste to this thread.  Can you also tell us what make and model your system?

@Elliot257333584xie go to the AMD site and download the Auto-Detect installer, this will install the correct driver for your GPU

I looked up how to check if my gpu is working properly, and these were my results. Any idea how to fix this?

My computer (pc with windows 11) likely shut down while I was working on photoshop (version 25.0) cause it was getting too hot. When I got it back on, everything on my computer in general was too big so I had to readjust those settings. That was easy. Then when I opened photoshop back up, the graphics processor was now incompatable.

I clicked "update the drivers" and it just took me to a troubleshooting page. And I'm not exaggerated, I have ZERO idea what 90% of the words even mean. I tried going to the... driver... site? (I don't even know) myself, but I have to manually select which one I need, and I don't even know what a driver is, let alone which one in particular I'm supposed to download. 

I tried to see what would happen if I just work through it, and it looks like this, the quality is so bad in such a bizarre way. It looks WAY too sharp to the point of being jagged. Also that weird recatange thing happens whenever I zoom in or out.
