Convert all black areas (numbers) into dark square or circle and draw a small line in centre

Convert all black areas into dark square or circle and draw a small line (3 cm) intersecting it horizontally at centre in all psd files.

Black colored numbers appears vertically from 0.5-1 in Photoshop scale.

I have multiple file in  a folder and need to do this in all files..

PS I can not see the structure of your document all that you show part of the upper left visible composite view of your document that one can see numbers in. You want boxes and lines added to this  view.  Boxes varying in size around the numbers and some other blank area. You want lines lines that are horizontal starting from the vertical center of left side of the boxes that extend out some distance on the right side of the boxes. The white space around the numbers in the boxes can vary in size. The boxes right side may need to be aligned vertically.  When posing image in an append you can use the icon you used more than one time while Editing your post.  You may need to scroll to access the icon.

You may understand what you wrote.  I do not think anyone else will. You should fix that problem.
